Dispense into your hands, add water & rub until a light lather forms. Massage into wet skin in circular motions, applying more or less pressure to affect the level of exfoliation. Rinse well with warm water after use. Try not to have the water too hot as this can dry out your skin. Use once daily & follow with your Balancing Skin Concentrate.
