    Mid 19th Century French Baccarat Opaline HP Mother Child & Gold 17 3/8 Inch Vase
    Beautiful large mid 19th century French white opaline vase. Hand painted with a brunette woman in a blue Victorian gown with a white and blue bonnet holding a male child on a curtained balcony. The scene is framed in elaborate gold gilt scrollwork designs. With a band of blue around the neck and base. Gold gilding along the rim. Probably made by Baccarat.
    Has wear to the gilding, especially around the neck and base and the base has been drilled, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
    Measures approximately 5 3/4 inches wide x 17 3/8 inches tall.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
