How do you use the Exfoliant?
Apply the exfoliant daily to damp facial skin and neck. Massage it in gently and rinse with warm water. Ideal for all skin types. Avoid contact with the eyes, if this does happen, rinse well with warm water.

We accept PayPal for all payments. In regards to order cancellation requests, we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that these request will always be granted. In regards to sales tax, 34 US states require internet sales tax now as a result eBay is required to charge sales tax in multiple states across the USA. If your state is one that ebay charges sales tax in, you will see the sales tax charge at time of checkout before you submit payment. I have no control over that nor do I actually see the sales tax.

Standard shipping is 100% FREE on most auctions. Handling time on your order will be between 1-2 business days. We do not accept emailed requests to change shipping addresses. We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We only ship to the confirmed Paypal address. International shipping does take longer but normally arrives between the ebay estimated dates. I have seen a few delayed a day or two though from the estimated dates
Shipping schedule is as follows.
Items sold before 8pm central time will be packaged up between 9pm-10pm central standard time that day for shipping first thing the next morning.
Items sold after 8pm central time will be packaged up the following business day between 9-10pm central time.
Items sold over the weekend will be packaged up throughout the weekend and dropped off Monday morning. Unfortunately our post office is only open 8:15am central time to 9:15am so its difficult to ship any sales that happen Saturday-Sunday untill Monday morning.

RETURN POLICY
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, and a restocking fee may apply. Items must be returned in the condition they arrived in. The box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories must be returned. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
