    Dry Fly Hackle Rooster Cape
    as shown. The hackles on this cape are long and narrow, with
    flexible stems and great barb density, also this cape has
    an excellent feather count.  This is a beautiful and  important color for fly tying.  Smallest hackles are midge sizes up to about size #8.
